Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products in-store according to company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed in coordination with store manager.
• Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote sales.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotions or events.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability and proper display.
• Build relationships with store managers and staff for effective communication.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors and customer preferences.
• Assist in training new merchandisers as needed.
