Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or marketing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic understanding of retail math and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and implementing merchandising plans to drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend restocking and replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences.
• Assist with setting up displays, organizing product placement, and creating attractive visual presentations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective communication of product information and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and other relevant data.
