Workato is seeking an entry-level Merchandiser in Muharraq, Bahrain. You will assist in developing merchandising plans, analyzing sales data, and creating displays to drive sales and profits.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Visa sponsorship is provided with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability.
• Excellent communication skills with team and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized in daily tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute merchandising plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and promote products.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and stocked.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
