Job summary

Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced SAP Pre-Sales Consultant / SAP Solution Architect to support solution consulting, pre-sales activities, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will design SAP solutions, prepare proposals, conduct demonstrations, and assist across the complete sales lifecycle.

The role requires strong SAP solutioning expertise, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to engage with business and executive stakeholders across various industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in SAP Pre-Sales, SAP Consulting, Solution Architecture, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP solutions including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAC, BTP, Fiori, CX, and Integration Suite.
• Experience preparing proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and supporting enterprise sales opportunities.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HCM, or Sales domains.
• Proven ability to conduct customer workshops and executive-level presentations.
• Experience with solution sizing, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
• SAP certifications are preferred.
• Experience within GCC region and Arabic language proficiency advantageous.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and transformation objectives.
• Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Design and present end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Support sales teams with qualification, account strategy, and solution positioning.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and SoWs.
• Develop solution presentations, implementation approaches, and value propositions.
• Deliver SAP demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Present solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Address customer queries and support stakeholders through the sales cycle.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and SAP partners to support go-to-market initiatives.
