We are based in London and currently have a team of highly trained professionals managing the company’s extensive funds on our City of London based trading floor. The Role


You Will Be Responsible For:

  1. Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
  2. Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
  3. Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
  4. Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
  5. Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
  6. Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
  7. Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  8. Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
  9. Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
  10. Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
  11. Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
  12. Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  13. Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  14. Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.
  15. Measuring, monitoring and analysing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs).
  16. Driving business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.
  17. Testing and optimising marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.

Ideal Profile

  1. You have at least 4 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications within Financial Services and Internet industry.
  2. Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  3. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
  4. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  5. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
