Job Overview

As a Chief IT Visionary, you will lead cross-functional project teams and formulate effective IT governance frameworks, driving improvement and efficiency across multiple business units.

Main Responsibilities

1. Drive Improvement of IT Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery.
2. Oversee Risk/Compliance Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk effectively.
3. Collaborate on Data Governance Frameworks: Work closely with team members to establish and maintain robust data governance policies.
4. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Develop and implement strategies to meet required quality and strategic standards for Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
5. Manage IT Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Initiatives: Serve as the single point of contact for ESG initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; Master's highly preferred.
2. Minimum 15 years operational experience working in IT, with at least 5 years experience in IT leadership positions managing cross-functional project teams.
3. Extensive exposure to IT governance formulation, budget planning, and organizational change management.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
