Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect organization’s goals.
  2. Participate in various sales and marketing events to promote the products and services of the company.
  3. Generate in-depth sales tactics to amplify the company's profits.
  4. Create favourable sales opportunities by formulating an effective distribution strategy.
  5. Responsible for devising, directing and leading sales & development plans.
  6. Strong interaction with sales team leaders to evaluate and analyse their regional sales performances.
  7. Monitor sales data and market trends to set monthly sales targets.
  8. Study market trends and opt potential sources to increase market share of the company.
  9. Set departmental objectives, develop KPI's to achieve the objectives and conduct performance reviews on a quarterly and annual basis.
  10. Motivate and lead the team to achieve the objectives.
  11. Ensure effective and efficient management of retail operations to achieve organization goals.
  12. Appointment of distributors and franchise partners and manage business operations in their assigned areas.
  13. Be an active participant in any tradeshows, exhibitions, offers or product launches to promote company products.

Skills

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in negotiating deals and possesses strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage sales operations of a multinational business.
  • Proficiency in English language is a must.
  • Must have experience of at least 5 years as Head of Sales Operations or in a similar designation.
  • Experience in the perfume or fashion industry is required.
