Job Title: Chief Accountant

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Finance professional who excels at delivering exceptional customer service and providing innovative solutions.

As a key member of the Finance Department, you will maintain smooth operations by preparing financial reports and conducting internal controls. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Verifying the General Cashier's report, income journal vouchers, supplier invoices, and general ledger coding of expenses.
• Verifying supplier payments with supporting invoices, LPOs, and expense reimbursement with documents.
• Reviewing payroll reports with supporting documents at month-end.
• Preparing general ledger reconciliations and renewals of expiring contracts.
• Preparing, posting, and updating standard journal vouchers and adjustment entries.
• Analyzing general ledger expenses and major variations from budget at month-end.
• Ensuring timely completion of accounting reports and job deadlines for other employees.

Requirements:

You should hold a degree in hotel management or accounting and have at least two years of experience within a hotel environment. Excellent English communication skills and computer literacy are essential, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM, and SUN Systems is an asset.
