The Sales and Business Development Specialist will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of the company's business through strategic planning, relationship building, and marketing initiatives. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and developing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth. This position will also be responsible for delivering projects through resource procurement and managing project delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand the company's market reach.

    • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
    • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer acquisition.
    • Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, content creation, and social media initiatives.
    • Analyze marketing data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to drive business development efforts.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and support for business goals.
