Job description

Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  2. Scheduling meetings and managing calendars for the Director.
  3. Management of incoming communications from external and internal parties, such as emails, calls, and meeting requests on behalf of senior management.
  4. Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
  5. Helping with daily time management.
  6. Planning travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.

Requirements:

  1. BSc in business administration or related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a personal assistant.
  3. Confident use of Microsoft Office.
  4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
