We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Lead to join our team in Bahrain. The Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of Bifinity's services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and security.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of Bifinity in Bahrain, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
2. Manage and optimize fiat on/off-ramp processes for users.
3. Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all operations meet regulatory standards.
4. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
5. Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
6. Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of fiat services.
8. Handle any operational issues or escalations promptly and effectively.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including banks and payment service providers.
10. Ensure all operational activities are documented and auditable, maintaining transparency and accountability.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure Bifinity remains compliant and competitive.
12. Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
13. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
