Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Shift Manager has the responsibility to train and support new Juicers in their team.
• The Shift Manager will gain basic knowledge and understanding of stock handling and will support with weekly counts, re-counts, and support the Bar Manager.
• Support the Bar Manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and other tasks communicated by the Bar Manager and Market Management.
• Train new Juicers in all JQ Modules from E-Campus, ensuring strong brand and operational standard BTC.
• Maintain and ensure Daily Concept Workflow and usage of Trail, to ensure a controlled and stable daily SOP and high standard for cleanliness within the bar.
• Achieve a good understanding of basic stock handling and support the bar.
• Handle and take care of guest complaints communicated by online channels, in-store complaints, and informed by the Market Management.
