Key Responsibilities

1. Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment.
2. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with the creative vision of each project.
3. Adjust colors, brightness, and contrast to ensure visual consistency and quality.
4. Incorporate music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the overall production value of the video.
5. Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient workflow and storage of footage.
6. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software to continuously improve editing skills.
8. Serve as the face of our video content, engaging with the audience and bringing a lively presence to our social media platforms.

Key Competencies

1. High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
2. Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (tip: if you have a personal social media account that showcases your experience, we'd like to see it!).
3. Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, VN, etc.
4. Ability to travel for select shoots.
5. Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing.
6. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
7. Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
8. Attention to detail and a creative eye for video content capture and editing.
