Qualifications

Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Location: Bahrain

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle Users/Desktop: 60-70
2. Service desk agent – Facilitate Users calls/Email/Messages and rectify their issues.
3. IT Operation Support – Monitor, Open Support Cases and resolve issues with IT Systems such as POS and ERP system.
4. Responsible for desktop/laptop installation and management.
5. Support our Shops and offices located in four areas within Bahrain.
6. Monitor Network devices and provide basic support (i.e. restarting / powering off/on devices)

Technical Skills

1. Office 365 Desktop Apps
2. Office 365 User Administration
3. Windows Desktops OS
4. Windows Server Services mainly IIS
5. Mobile OS (Android/iOS)
6. Basic Scripting (Oracle SQL)

Preferred Skills
