Group Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Group Human Resource Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving the human capital strategy of a diversified holding company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the overall business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting organizational transformation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Develop and execute the Group's HR strategy in line with the overall business objectives.
  2. Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
  3. Develop and implement performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
  4. Lead organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
  5. Build a strong employer brand and enhance employee experience.
  6. Provide HR advisory services to subsidiaries and business units.
  7. Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  9. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
  11. Lead the implementation of HR Modules on an ERP System (Odoo).
  12. Manage all the regulatory requirements required by Bahraini authorities including LMRA and the Bahraini Labor Law.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  4. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bahrain.
  5. Experience in organizational development and change management.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience in working on an ERP System HR Modules or HRIS.
