Job summary

Zenvia E commerce Trading FZE in Bahrain seeks a hands-on E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage daily online orders, update listings, and coordinate with suppliers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or retail, and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Excel is preferred and Bahrain work authorization is required. You will monitor orders, analyze performance, and support improvements to processes, aiming to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, operations, or a similar position.
• Good understanding of online retail and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the Bahrain or GCC market is an advantage.
• Candidates must have valid authorization to work in Bahrain.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations and online orders
• Update product listings pricing descriptions and inventory information
• Monitor orders and coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners
• Track product availability and identify stock-related issues
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving order issues
• Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams on promotions and product campaigns
• Monitor sales performance and prepare basic operational reports
• Research market trends competitors and new product opportunities
• Help improve internal processes and customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of orders products and operational activities
