Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in an HR role.
• Extensive HR experience in MENA.
• Degree-level qualification in Human Resources preferred.
• Strong project management capability and multitasking in changing environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Management initiatives, dashboards and strategy for MENA.
• Oversee Performance Management, LEADS reviews and IDPs for all employees.
• Manage Employee Voice projects (EOS, GPTW) and regional analysis.
• Drive Employee Engagement and DEIB strategy with KPIs across MENA.
• Lead and develop HRD teams, ensuring quality, service excellence and cost awareness.
