Role Description

The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive skin care services to guests, including consultation, diagnosis, and treatment of common dermatological conditions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting skin assessments, managing acne and other skin concerns, advising on cosmetic and preventive treatments, and documenting medical histories and treatment plans. The role involves collaborating with management to ensure services meet high safety and quality standards, educating clients on skin care routines, and adhering to local medical regulations and clinic protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain, requiring close interaction with clients and staff in a lounge and restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a range of skin conditions.
• Experience in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including advising on aesthetic procedures and skin care treatments.
• Specific expertise in managing Acne and related skin disorders, with evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and recognized dermatology specialization; eligibility for licensure to practice in Bahrain.
• Previous clinical experience in dermatology practice, preferably including cosmetic or aesthetic services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to hygiene and safety standards, and ability to work collaboratively in a hospitality setting.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and following ethical and regulatory guidelines.
