• Prepare dishes according to standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Oversee line cooks and provide support in absence of senior chefs to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination.
• Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to uphold guest and staff wellbeing.
• Assist with guest inquiries to deliver a positive dining experience.
