Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking a Marketing Content & Design Executive to elevate the brand across print and digital channels. You will lead photography, videography, and content creation for campaigns supporting Rooms, F&B, Spa, Weddings and events.

The role requires strong design skills, project management and a passion for luxury hospitality. You will collaborate with Marketing colleagues and internal teams to deliver on brand standards and business goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in graphic design, marketing, multimedia, digital media, or communications.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience in graphic design, photography, videography, content creation and digital marketing.
• Hospitality or luxury brand experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print marketing collateral including ads, brochures, menus, posters, flyers, banners and presentations.
• Develop concepts supporting Rooms, F&B, Spa, Weddings, Events and seasonal campaigns.
• Produce assets for digital screens and guest-facing platforms.
• Coordinate content shoots with hotel departments, influencers and external partners.
• Create social media content, including reels and short videos, and edit images/videos.
