Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting a Country Manager for Bahrain to take full P&L ownership, drive sales and profitability across a multi-brand, multi-store retail network. You will lead the retail leadership team, set clear KPIs, monitor store performance and implement improvement plans to achieve country targets in Bahrain's fashion market.

You should have a Bachelor's in Business or Retail Management (MBA preferred) with at least 5 years leading GCC women's fashion brands and overseeing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience within GCC women's fashion retail brands.
• Overseeing 15+ stores with profitability growth and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills to drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Bahrain's P&L, sales, profitability, budgets, and overall commercial performance.
• Lead multi-brand, multi-store retail operations to hit sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, and shrinkage targets.
• Coach and manage the retail leadership team with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Monitor store and brand performance and implement improvement plans for underperforming locations.

Job Description

• Take full ownership of Bahrain's P&L, sales, profitability, budgets, and overall commercial performance, to achieve country targets.
• Lead the country's multi-brand, multi-store retail operations, ensuring stores consistently achieve sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, shrinkage and profitability.
• Lead, coach and manage the retail leadership team, including Area/Operations Managers, Store Staff ensuring clear KPIs and accountability.
• Monitor store and brand performance, identifying underperforming locations/categories and improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Open to Arabic Speakers, Male, 48 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred, with a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience within GCC women's fashion retail brands.
• Strong understanding of the GCC retail market and consumer behavior, with a proven track record of managing or overseeing at least 15 stores while driving profitability, business growth, operational excellence, and team performance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage teams and deliver commercial objectives.
