Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles and practices.
• Proficient in using survey equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
• Ability to read maps and understand legal descriptions of property boundaries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and prepare accurate field notes.
• Use GPS, total stations, and levels to collect data.
• Analyze data and create maps, plans, and reports.
• Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure project accuracy.
• Perform calculations for areas, angles, elevations, and distances.
• Maintain accurate survey records.
