A renowned bakery in Al-Malikiyah, Syria is seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Baker to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.

You will also maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all products meet our quality standards. Responsibilities include following recipes, decorating final products, monitoring ovens, and coordinating with the team to plan

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a baker or similar role.
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes.
• Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes, or fillings.
• Monitor ovens and adjust temperatures as needed.
• Ensure all products meet our quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow food safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to plan production schedules.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or issues.
• Assist with training new bakers as needed.
