The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field and at least five years of experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proven track record of completing projects within budget and on time.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
• Experience using project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, budgets, schedules, etc.
• Communicate effectively with clients on project updates and address any concerns or questions they may have.
