Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Monitor health conditions and report changes to medical professionals.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document daily activities and report concerns to supervisor.
