Job description

We are in search of enthusiastic, energetic, and self-driven Food & Beverage professionals who will aid in coordinating and leading a team dedicated to creating high-quality food and beverage offerings, with prompt, precise, and personalized service.

As a Chief Steward, your duties include upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas, as well as in the equipment used; your position will involve key responsibilities such as:

Offering practical assistance and guidance while ensuring the seamless operation of the overall stewarding process.

Overseeing the tasks of all staff within the stewarding and housekeeping department, including facilities, operations, and expenditures.

Monitoring sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene, and the quality of products and services provided.

Specifically verifying the appropriate usage of cleaning chemicals and washing tools.

Set minimum and maximum operating inventory levels and authorize storeroom requests.

Working together with the Food & Beverage Manager or Outlet Manager to review their needs for the current and following day.

Maintaining health inspection records, attendance logs, and files for employees.

Taking all necessary steps to minimize the loss of silverware and flatware.

Functioning in a safe and environmentally responsible manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and staff, while also protecting and conserving the environment.

Adhering to the company's environmental, health, and safety guidelines and protocols.
