Executive Chef

Our luxury restaurant located in Dar Kulaib is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team! As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. You must have a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning dishes and be able to lead and inspire a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop unique menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and vision
  2. Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
  3. Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain efficient stock levels
  4. Train and supervise kitchen staff, delegating tasks as needed
  5. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  7. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
  2. Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the food industry
  3. Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
  4. Ability to create visually appealing dishes with attention to detail
  5. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  6. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other staff members
  7. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
