Qualifications

• 12–20 years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Proven ability to bring and grow portable AUM across UHNW/HNW segments.
• Strong understanding of funds, alternatives, structured products, and discretionary/advisory mandates.
• GCC experience (Bahrain/Saudi/UAE) strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, commercial, revenue-driven mindset with board-level exposure.

Responsibilities

Our client is a CBB-licensed investment firm that provides tailored investment solutions to individual, corporate, and institutional clients in Bahrain is seeking an entrepreneurial, revenue-driven CEO with a strong background in Wealth Management. This is a player coach mandate where the CEO will both lead the firm strategically and actively carry clients, raise AUM, and build long-term revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the firm.
• Build and execute the firm’s wealth management and investment platform.
• Work closely with the Board on business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
• Establish a strong market brand for Arabian Gulf Capital in Bahrain and the broader GCC.

Wealth Management & Revenue Growth

• Personally bring and develop UHNW/HNW client relationships.
• Raise assets under management (AUM) through private clients, family offices, and institutional channels.
• Oversee discretionary and advisory portfolios, investment products, and client solutions.
• Drive fee-based and performance-based revenue growth.

Regulatory & Governance

• Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulations.
• Act as the approved senior executive with regulators and external auditors.
• Maintain strong governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Team & Platform Building

• Build and lead a lean, high-performance wealth and investment team.
• Mentor senior advisors and portfolio managers.
• Oversee operations, compliance, and investment execution.

Skills

Candidate Profile Mandatory Requirements:

• 12–20 years of experience.
