Basic Salary: BHD 100/-

Allowance: BHD 20/-

Accommodation: Bachelor sharing accommodation.

Visa Status: Employment visa

Working Hours: 8 hours with 6 days work and 1 day off

Contract: 2 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions, handling customer payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Handle customer payments, including counting change, processing refunds, and exchanging currency.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
  • Maintain the cash register, including counting cash, reconciling transactions, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, security, and cash handling.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Tamil and English, previous experience in customer-facing role.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to count cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail, including the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain the cash register.
