Job summary

OasisConstruct UAE in Muharraq, Bahrain is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support elderly individuals at home. You will assist with daily tasks, remind medications, prepare meals, provide companionship, and help with light housekeeping while monitoring health changes.

The role requires proven elderly-care experience, knowledge of first aid and CPR, strong English communication, and the ability to provide physical assistance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a caregiver for elderly individuals.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to provide physical assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Administer medication reminders according to prescribed schedules.
• Prepare nutritious meals and ensure dietary restrictions are followed.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities with the elderly individual.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up.
• Monitor changes in health or behavior and report any concerns to the family or healthcare team.
• Accompany the elderly individual to appointments or outings when needed.
