Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
• A professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and serve customers from various cultural backgrounds.
