Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
• Ensure consistency in the quality of drinks served
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, tables, and counters
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and efficient service
• Handle cash transactions using the POS system
• Promote special drinks or menu items to customers
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
