Job summary

ClericaPoint is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and smoothies, while providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, strong knowledge of coffee, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month and accommodation for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ensure quality control by following recipes and using proper techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders and handling payments.
• Recommend menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Upsell additional products such as pastries or merchandise.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods and latte art is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Biometric passport preferred for international travel purposes.
