Advanced Search in Bahrain is seeking a skilled Baker to prepare a variety of breads and pastries, including sourdough, multigrain, focaccia, brioche, pizza dough, bagels and cakes. You will start shifts early, handle doughs, manage equipment, and ensure food safety while maintaining quality and efficiency in a busy kitchen.

The role involves weighing ingredients, adjusting oven temperatures, creating fillings like chocolate ganache and caramel, and coordinating with the team to track supplies

Qualifications

• Experience as baker or pastry chef.
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of food safety practices.
• Flexibility to work early mornings.
• Culinary school certification is a plus.
