Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose faults, service vehicles, and replace defective parts. You will use advanced diagnostic equipment and maintain meticulous service records while adhering to workshop procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role.
• A relevant vocational qualification or certification in automotive technology or mechanics.
• In-depth knowledge of various vehicle systems, including electrical, engine, and transmission.
• Proficiency in using a wide range of diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A valid driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on vehicle systems and components to identify faults and malfunctions.
• Conduct routine servicing and maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements and tyre rotations.
• Repair or replace defective parts such as brakes, engines, steering, suspension and electrical components.
• Utilise state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate fault finding and resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed on each vehicle.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and workshop procedures.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and within the allocated time.
