Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking an Automation Process Lead to own the strategic automation agenda within health operations, driving scalable transformation and governance through AI integration.

You will lead end-to-end automation strategy, collaborate with IT and digital teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across DHA, DOH, and other authorities. The role focuses on improving KPIs, reducing manual touches, and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in health insurance / TPA operations.
• Experience with automation tools, RPA, and rules engines.
• Strong analytical and dashboarding skills using Excel and Power BI.
• Coding certificate.
• Fluency in Power BI and Alteryx for dashboards.

The automation process lead owns the strategic automation agenda within health operations, driving scalable process transformation, governance control, and measurable value creation through digital enablement and AI integration.

What you do

• Automation rate (STP %)
• Manual touch reduction
• Turnaround time (TAT) improvement
• Cost per transaction optimization
• Compliance and quality adherence
• Lead end-to-end automation strategy across health operations
• Drive process optimization, efficiency, and compliance
• Enhance automation rate, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve KPIs
• Act as the bridge between operations, IT, and digital teams
• Provide clear feedback on queries from operations
• Provide clients an understanding of any declined medical claims
• Coordinate workflow and meet deadlines
• Decision making responsibility
• Provide gap analysis and mapping qualification
• Assist new juniors with training and provide feedback
• Maintain updated guidelines for the workflow
• Define automation roadmap aligned with business KPIs
• Identify high-impact automation opportunities across claims and approvals
• Establish automation governance and control framework
• Ensure regulatory compliance (DHA, DOH, CBUAE where applicable)
• Lead process re-engineering prior to automation deployment
• Collaborate with IT on rules engine and AI-based adjudication
• Oversee UAT, validation, and accuracy monitoring

AI readiness

Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security, and ethical use.

What you bring

• 5-8+ years in health insurance / TPA operations
• Experience with automation tools, RPA, rules engines
• Strong analytical and dashboarding capabilities (Excel / Power BI)
• Coding certificate
• Fluency in Power BI, Alteryx with experience in building dashboards
• 5+ years medical practical experience (reputable insurance provider, broker, or TPA experience a plus)
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
• Advanced communication skills
