Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification advantageous.
• Risk management qualification would be an advantage.
• At least four years of relevant experience in advisory or corporate accounting advisory role.
• Strong technical accounting, analytical and presentation skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to apply accounting concepts to real business challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service, relationship management and technical writing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess the impact of new IFRS and help clients prepare for implementation.
• Design clear, effective standard operating procedures across business functions.
• Deliver risk advisory engagements tailored to client needs and priorities.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and business valuations that support informed decision-making.
• Assist clients with the consolidation and preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare well-researched accounting memos for complex transactions.
• Analyse the accounting implications of business reorganisations and support clients through change.
• Develop insightful, client-ready reports tailored to specific engagement requirements.
• Support the preparation of compelling proposals and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
