Assistant Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Construction Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As an Assistant Construction Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction projects
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and any changes made
- Communicate updates on project status to the Project Manager

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a construction-related role preferred but not required
