Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architectural working drawings: create 2D floor plans and technical drawings in AutoCAD.
• Exterior facade design for villas: massing, details and materials.
• Interior design space planning: functional 3D spaces, layouts, furniture, lighting and materials.
• 3D visualization: renders and walkthroughs using Lumion or similar tools.

Architectural Designer (Residential & Interiors)

Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled Architectural Designer to handle residential projects (Villas and Houses) from concept to execution. The ideal candidate must seamlessly blend architectural planning with interior and exterior 3D design.

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in architectural design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects. Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Architectural Working Drawings: Create accurate 2D floor plans, layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Exterior Facade Design: Design modern and classic villa exteriors, massing and architectural details.
• Interior Design Space Planning: Develop functional and aesthetic 3D interior spaces, layouts, furniture, lighting and materials.
• 3D Visualization: Produce high-quality realistic renders and walkthroughs using Lumion.

Required Software Mastery

Drafting: AutoCAD. 3D Modeling & Design: SketchUp Pro (or 3ds Max).

Requirements

• Education: skilled on the software's required.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in residential villa design.
