Job summary

VAM Systems Inc is seeking an AI Integration Developer in Bahrain to push AI initiatives across enterprise systems. You will work on supervised/unsupervised learning, model training and evaluation, feature optimization, and AI-driven document processing.

You'll utilize TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, RESTful APIs, and .NET-based backend services to deliver scalable AI integrations within a government/RFP-like project framework.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning with model training and evaluation.
• Experience with classification, regression, clustering, and model tuning.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Claude) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and AI model integrations.
• Experience building AI chatbots and document processing systems.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• RESTful API development to integrate AI models with enterprise apps.

We are currently looking for Al Integration Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Experience Required

• Strong understanding of Supervised & Unsupervised Learning; Model Training, Validation, and Evaluation; Feature Engineering & Optimization.
• Experience working with Classification, Regression, and Clustering models; Model performance tuning and monitoring.
• Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS,Weaviate).
• Experience building conversational Al / Chatbots and document processing systems.
• Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience in RESTful API development to integrate Al models with enterprise applications.
• Experience in handling large data sets such as Healthcare and Genomics data.
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, AWS NextFlow, AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, and IAМ.
• Ability to deploy, monitor, and scale Al models in production and design cloud-based AI.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture, API-first design, SQL/NoSQL, and Git.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft.NET technologies including ASP.NET Core, Blazor/MVC, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.
• Familiarity to design, develop, and maintain backend services and API integrations within .NET-based applications.
• Good understanding of .NET application architecture, database integration, authentication/security concepts, and cloud-based deployment environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to clearly explain technical/Al concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective communication, documentation skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with MLOps practices, Docker/containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to healthcare, licensing, or insurance domain systems.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
• Ability to work under structured project environments (similar to government/RFP frameworks).
• Willingness to support production systems, critical deployments, and provide operational support when required.
