Responsibilities
  • Keep clear and accurate records of household income, expenses, and petty cash
  • Prepare simple monthly and annual financial summaries for the family
  • Ensure all bills, school fees, utilities, and other payments are handled on time
  • Manage payroll and records for household staff
  • Work with banks, insurance providers, and outside accountants when needed
  • Organize financial documents and assist with tax or compliance requirements
  • Track budgets and provide updates on savings or spending trends
  • Support in planning for family-related financial goals such as travel, education, or investments
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping practices
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
