The incumbent’s main job function is to provide technical support to address issues with products and services, particularly when it comes to the end-user experience. He/she must have a thorough understanding of Completions products and services. The role of a customer engineer is crucial in developing and maintaining a company’s best practices in customer service. It is required to have the ability to build strong, effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.

The preferred candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of local markets, including customer contacts and their operations. Technical aptitude and great communication skills are a must-have for this role. Good knowledge of commercial and contracts is desirable.
