Job summary

Hilton Bahrain is seeking an AC & Refrigeration Technician to keep the hotel's HVAC systems running reliably, delivering comfortable environments for guests.

You will perform routine preventive maintenance, respond swiftly to guest and team requests, and monitor equipment to identify issues before they affect stays.

The role supports start-up and shut-down of equipment, records repairs, and upholds Hilton’s hospitality standards in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with AC and refrigeration systems in commercial/hospitality settings.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Strong safety and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Respond to guest and team member requests and adjust HVAC controls.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Keep AC and Refrigeration equipment running smoothly: Perform routine preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

• Respond to temperature control requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders, troubleshooting and adjusting HVAC systems to maintain a comfortable environment

• Monitor system performance: Conduct visual equipment inspections of mechanical equipment and parts to proactively identify potential issues

• Support system operations: Assist with the start-up, shut-down, and daily operation of all AC & Refrigeration equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency

• Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
