Job summary

Hilton Bahrain is seeking a hands-on Plumber to join our Hotels team. You’ll help maintain the property’s plumbing systems and safety, ensuring guests enjoy comfortable, well-functioning spaces throughout the building.

The role covers responding to service requests, performing maintenance tasks across water systems, and documenting inspections and repairs. A proactive mindset and teamwork are essential to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel plumbing or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork to coordinate with other staff.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas

• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including water tank maintenance, treatment plant backwashing, water temperature maintenance, and carry out all major and minor plumbing works.

• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs

• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
