V2X Inc is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to inspect, certify, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft in accordance with OEM and FAA requirements. The role involves documenting maintenance, replacing defective components, and performing preflight checks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2 years in aircraft maintenance, and an A&P license. Travel worldwide and security clearance may be required. Company benefits include healthcare, retirement and more.

Competenze

Graduation from a standard four (4) year high school or equivalent (GED) AND two (2) years of experience in work directly-related to aircraft maintenance.
A&P license is required.
Ability to travel worldwide with short notice and obtain a security clearance, passport, and/or visa.

Mansioni

Inspects and certifies aircraft at specific intervals as required by OEM and FAA.
Troubleshoots system malfunctions and performs necessary corrective actions.
Documents maintenance of aircraft on appropriate forms.
Removes and replaces defective components.
Complies with Service Bulletin, Instructions, and Airworthiness Directives as directed.
Performs maintenance on Ground Support equipment.
Preflight/post-flight inspections and servicing when required.
Maintains aircraft logbooks and historical data as required.
Follows safety procedures and company/regulatory requirements.
This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
