Head of Financial Operations – Bahrain

An aviation company is seeking an experienced Bahraini Finance Professional to assume the role of Director of Financial Operations. The main responsibilities include:

1. Managing finance division resources and rigorously allocating and scrutinizing responsibilities of the finance team.
2. Facilitating business requirements of internal and external clients.
3. Managing the finance department and providing key input into the company's strategy.

Requirements:

1. Strong and relevant finance educational background (with a CPA or ACCA qualification).
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance (relevant aviation industry experience is a big advantage).
3. A proven track record in management.
4. Must be a Bahraini national.
