Triwill Group is seeking a Podcast Video Editor for a SaaS-based partner company in Belgium. You will shape YouTube-first podcast content through polished video editing, transforming multi-camera recordings into compelling long-form episodes (60–90 minutes).

You will also identify strong moments for social media, prepare rough vertical cuts for short-form distribution, and maintain organized project files in a structured workflow. Ongoing collaboration may follow as the podcast grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing podcasts and long-form YouTube content.
• Strong audio quality and color grading.
