MAKE BELGIUM in Zaventem is seeking a Junior Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our in-house TV & radio production team. You will handle offline and online editing, VFX, and motion graphics from concept to delivery, focusing on short formats and brand storytelling.

You will collaborate with the Post-Production Coordinators and use Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop). You’ll also explore AI tools like Runway and Davinci Resolve to elevate visuals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, 2D compositing, and color grading.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French with Dutch understanding; strong communication.

MAKE, OUR IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION TEAM, IS LOOKING FOR A NEW VIDEO EDITOR / MOTION DESIGNER.

About the job

You will be part of our talented and experienced TV & radio production team. Embedded within the creative process of our agency and fully equipped to create and craft, we aim to deliver best-in-class productions. Offline Editing, Online Editing, VFX, creating Motion Graphics projects from start to client delivery are your daily tasks. In this role, your focus will lie on short format and helping to translate the brand identity into motion.

About you

• Using new technologies as AI to generate or modify still image and video content is an evidence for you.
• A first working experience is a big plus
• You have a thorough knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and basic knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop. In short, the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
• You have a good basic knowledge of editing
• You can enhance video content with advanced graphics skills (motion design and 2D compositing)
• You have a keen eye for design, aesthetics and attention to details
• You can adapt and optimize motion graphics to different screen sizes and resolutions
• Knowledge of Davinci Resolve and Fusion is a plus
• An AI wizard in the making; a prompt master. Someone curious about generative AI who already has hands-on experience with tools like Runway, NanoBanana, Veo… and who's excited to integrate them into our post-production workflow.
• You know how to create final deliverables for all platforms
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas
• You love to be creative and you're comfortable working with brand guidelines and tight delivery deadlines
• You're open-minded, flexible and know how to stick to a schedule
• You're punctual and stress doesn't get to you easily
• You'll work closely together with the Post-Production Coordinators to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• You speak Dutch (or French with an understanding of Dutch) and are proficient in English
