Accent Jobs for People NV is seeking a joiner/formworker prefabrication specialist to manufacture wooden constructions and prefab elements in our workshop. You will produce high‑quality prefab parts according to plans and help with formwork, reinforcement and mold preparation.

You will read and interpret technical plans, work with a panel saw, hand and power tools, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate results across stairs, walls and facade elements.

Qualifications

• Experience with precast concrete or formwork is a big plus.
• Keen to learn and work with new things; able to read plans.
• Able to work well with colleagues in the workshop.

Responsabilités

• Making and preparing formwork for prefab concrete elements.
• Reading and interpreting construction and technical plans.
• Placing reinforcement and preparing the molds for pouring concrete.
• Measuring, sawing and assembling formwork panels and molds.
• Working with architectural concrete for stairs, walls and facade elements.

As a joiner / formworker prefab, you help manufacture wooden constructions and elements in the workshop.You are responsible for producing high-quality prefab parts according to plan.

Your tasks:

• Making and preparing formwork for prefab concrete elements.
• Working with architectural concrete, among other things for stairs, walls and facade elements.
• Measuring, sawing and assembling formwork panels and molds.
• Reading and interpreting construction and technical plans.
• Placing reinforcement and preparing the molds for pouring concrete.
• Working with a panel saw machine
