Accent Jobs for People NV is seeking a skilled formwork carpenter in Belgium. The job involves setting up formwork and reinforcement, pouring and compacting concrete, and finishing concrete stairs and elements. You will read technical drawings and ensure precise work with attention to quality.

English or Dutch language skills at a communicative level are expected. The position is on-site in Belgium with competitive pay and benefits, including travel cost reimbursement and pension contributions.

Salary

Your salary depending on experience € 19,517 - € 21,078

• Statutory vacation days: you are entitled to vacation days in accordance with Belgian legislation, calculated based on your results in the previous year. This means about 20 days of annual leave, depending on working hours and results.
• Construction leave: in the construction sector there is traditionally a 3-week collective summer holiday in summer
• Christmas break: for Christmas you also have 2 weeks off.
• Compensatory rest days: in addition to statutory leave there are compensatory rest days , which are established at the level of the entire industry. On these days you do not work and you do not use vacation days, but compensatory rest days.

Requirements

• You have experience as a formwork carpenter, experience with staircase formwork will be an additional plus
• You are able to read technical drawings
• You are motivated, positive and eager to work
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality
• You know English or Dutch at a communicative level
